7. AI-assisted support
AI-assisted support. We use artificial-intelligence tools to help read and draft replies to your messages (email, on-site chat, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp). The tool sees your message and the order facts needed to answer (for example tracking status). Replies that involve refunds, health or safety questions, complaints or unusual requests are handled by a person. You can ask for a human at any time by writing "human" or "talk to a person" to support@tigerbrandsglobal.com. We do not use your messages to train our own models. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effect about you solely by automated means.
8. Messaging apps
If you message us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, Meta processes the messages under its own terms and we use them to answer you. A message from you is not consent to marketing. We send marketing on WhatsApp only after a separate opt-in.
9. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews and testimonials. We may invite customers to review a product by email after delivery. We publish the reviews we receive, positive and negative, subject to removing unlawful or abusive content, and we do not change what a review says. We offer a free product to every reviewer who shares a video review about their experience, whatever star rating they give and whatever they say. The reward is not conditional on positive content, and we do not ask for before-and-after results videos as a condition. Reviews and videos from reviewers who received the reward are marked "Received a free product for this review".
Australian law
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We may fall within the small business exemption (annual turnover of A$3 million or less, s 6D), but the exemption does not apply to a business that trades in personal information or that has chosen to be covered, and the Act can reach overseas businesses that carry on business in Australia. Whether or not the law requires it, we follow the APPs.
Overseas disclosure (APP 8). We disclose personal information to recipients outside Australia. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China: our supplier and fulfilment partner receives your name, delivery address and phone number (and email if the carrier requires it) in order to deliver your order, and the warehouse is located in China. We also disclose to the carriers it uses and to the service providers in the table above (mainly the USA, plus other countries). Before disclosing, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in line with the APPs, and in many cases we remain responsible for what they do with it (Privacy Act s 16C). Overseas recipients are located in China, the United States and.
Marketing. Our practice is that we send marketing emails, SMS and messaging-app messages only to people who have opted in (express consent given by an unticked checkbox at checkout or on a form, or an equivalent action). The Spam Act 2003 allows inferred consent for some messages connected to an existing relationship; we do not use it for marketing. Every message clearly identifies us as the sender, shows our postal address (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States), and has a working unsubscribe link that we action within 5 business days at most (Spam Act 2003). Order and delivery messages are not marketing.
Direct marketing and ads (APP 7). We use your information for direct marketing only as described above. You can ask us to stop using your information for direct marketing at any time.
Data breaches. If a breach is likely to cause serious harm we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Automated decisions.
Your rights. You may ask to access or correct your information (APPs 12 and 13). Contact our privacy contact (support@tigerbrandsglobal.com). We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au). Since 10 June 2025 individuals may also sue for serious invasions of privacy (statutory tort, Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024).
10. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and private storage. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of breaches as the law requires.
11. Changes
We will post changes here and, if significant, tell you by email. Last updated: 3 October 2026.
