Gray roots on blonde hair

This is the easier case. Gray and blonde sit close together on the lightness scale, so the regrowth line is softer than it is on dark brown or black. Dark regrowth on lightened blonde

If you lighten your hair and your natural color is brown, the regrowth is darker than the lengths.
