Shipping Policy - Canada
Shipping Policy - Canada
Last updated 3 October 2026.
1. Where your order comes from
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner and travels by international tracked post or courier. We do not claim that goods ship from a local warehouse. We do not use words like "fast shipping", "express" or "next-day" for standard orders.
2. How long it takes
Delivered in 10-17 business days.
- This window includes our processing time (we place your order with our fulfilment partner, normally within 1-4 business days; payment batching can add time) and transit. It counts business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day we receive your order.
- It is an estimate, not a guarantee of a delivery date. Customs, carriers, weather, public holidays and peak seasons can add time.
- We show the window on the product page, in the cart, at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- Under provincial consumer laws (for example Ontario and Quebec), if we do not deliver within 30 days after the date we stated (or within 30 days after your order if no date was given), you may have the right to cancel the order and get a refund. Our window (up to 17 business days, about 24 calendar days, plus processing) is inside that period, but a delay can still trigger the right. Our own rule is in section 3: if your order doesn't arrive within 30 days you can cancel it for a full refund. These statutory rights stay in force. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
3. Tracking
We'll email tracking when it ships and tell you straight away if anything is delayed. If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days you can cancel it for a full refund. We email you a tracking number once your parcel is handed to the carrier, usually within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Tracking may show no movement for several days at the start and while crossing the border. You can also ask for an update at support@tigerbrandsglobal.com.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout, in CAD, before you pay. Mandatory charges we control are included in the price shown (Competition Act drip-pricing rules).
5. Taxes, duties and import charges
- GST/HST and a carrier brokerage fee may be collected at the door. Important: you will probably have to pay taxes, duty and fees when your parcel is delivered. Our price does not include them and we do not collect them. Your parcel is imported into Canada in your name as the person receiving it. The CBSA, Canada Post or the courier collects from you: GST/HST (5% to 15% depending on your province); provincial sales tax where the CBSA collects it on imports (QST in Quebec, PST in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan; none in Alberta); customs duty if payable; and a brokerage or handling fee charged by Canada Post or the courier (often about C$10 or more). These amounts are set by the government and the carrier and paid to them, not to us. We cannot tell you the exact amount in advance and we do not refund them. If you do not want to pay them, please do not order.
- Parcels valued at C$20 or less are normally free of duty and tax when sent by mail or courier from outside the USA and Mexico (CBSA); above that, duty and tax apply to the full value of the goods.
- If you refuse to pay and do not collect the parcel, it may be returned or abandoned; we will contact you about your refund, and your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Delays, lost and damaged parcels
- If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the window above, write to support@tigerbrandsglobal.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if it cannot be found or delivered, offer you a replacement or a full refund (your choice).
- If it arrives damaged or the wrong item arrives, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
- Our 60-day guarantee is set out in full in the Refund and Returns Policy: if BUNEE doesn't work for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a refund of one opened unit. It never limits your statutory rights.
- Your rights under provincial consumer protection laws are not limited by this page.
7. Delivery address and missed delivery
Please give a complete address and a phone number the carrier can call. If the carrier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, or the parcel is refused or not collected, the parcel may be returned to us; we will contact you about re-sending it (the re-sending cost may be charged to you).
8. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in Canada. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or to addresses outside Canada.
