Shipping Policy - New Zealand
Shipping Policy - New Zealand
Last updated 3 October 2026.
1. Where your order comes from
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner and travels by international tracked post or courier. We do not claim that goods ship from a local warehouse. We do not use words like "fast shipping", "express" or "next-day" for standard orders.
2. How long it takes
Delivered in 10-18 business days.
We'll email tracking when it ships and tell you straight away if anything is delayed. If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days you can cancel it for a full refund.
- This window includes our processing time (we place your order with our fulfilment partner, normally within 1-4 business days; payment batching can add time) and transit. It counts business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day we receive your order.
- It is an estimate, not a guarantee of a delivery date. Customs, carriers, weather, public holidays and peak seasons can add time.
- We show the window on the product page, in the cart, at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 goods must be received within the agreed time or, if none was agreed, within a reasonable time, and under the Fair Trading Act 1986 we must not mislead you about delivery. If we cannot meet our window we will tell you and you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
3. Tracking
We email you a tracking number once your parcel is handed to the carrier, usually within 1-3 business days of dispatch. Tracking may show no movement for several days at the start and while crossing the border. You can also ask for an update at support@tigerbrandsglobal.com.
4. Delivery charges
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay, in NZD.
5. Taxes, duties and import charges
- GST. Prices are shown in NZD. We are not registered for GST in New Zealand, so no GST is added at checkout.
- Customs. We do not expect customs duty to be charged on goods of this value. A border levy for low-value goods (NZ$2.21 plus GST per consignment for air freight, NZ$2.09 for sea, from 1 April 2026) is charged by Customs and MPI to the party making the import declaration, normally the carrier or postal operator. Any such charge is shown to you before you pay.
6. Delays, lost and damaged parcels
- If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the window above, write to support@tigerbrandsglobal.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if it cannot be found or delivered, offer you a replacement or a full refund (your choice).
- If it arrives damaged or the wrong item arrives, please write to us as soon as you can with a photo; we ask for this within 30 days to help us deal with the carrier, but that is a request, not a time limit on your legal rights. We will replace or refund at no cost to you. Our 60-day guarantee is set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and never limits your statutory rights.
- Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are in our Refund and Returns Policy and are not limited by this page.
7. Delivery address and missed delivery
Please give a complete address and a phone number the carrier can call. If the carrier cannot deliver because the address is wrong or incomplete, or the parcel is refused or not collected, the parcel may be returned to us; we will contact you about re-sending it (the re-sending cost may be charged to you). This does not apply where the failure to deliver is our or the carrier's fault.
8. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in New Zealand. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or to addresses outside New Zealand.
