כל השירותים, המוצרים, הפעולות והתכנים באתר מהווים חלק מפעילות החברה בלבד, ואינם מהווים התחייבות אישית של אדם פרטי כלשהו.
ההתקשרות באתר מתבצעת מול החברה בלבד, בהתאם לדין של מדינת הרישום.
1) כללי
התנאים מנוסחים בלשון זכר לנוחות בלבד, אך מתייחסים לכל המגדרים. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה מלאה לתנאים אלה.
2) הרשמה
לביצוע רכישה, נדרש רישום בטופס מקוון באתר. החברה רשאית לבקש פרטי זיהוי נוספים לפי הצורך.
3) רכישת מוצרים
הרכישה מתבצעת על ידי הוספת מוצרים לעגלת הקניות והשלמת ההזמנה עם פרטים מדויקים. החברה רשאית לבטל הזמנה הכוללת מידע שגוי.
4) תשלום
התשלום מתבצע באמצעות כרטיס אשראי או PayPal בלבד. ההזמנה תאושר רק לאחר קבלת אישור מחברת הסליקה.
5) אספקה ומשלוחים
המשלוח יישלח לכתובת שסופקה בטופס ההזמנה. זמן האספקה מחושב לפי ימי עסקים בלבד. עלות המשלוח תוצג במהלך תהליך הרכישה.
6) ביטול על ידי הלקוח
ניתן לבטל עסקה בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן על ידי פנייה בכתב בדוא"ל. ההחזר יתבצע תוך 14 ימי עסקים, בניכוי דמי ביטול במידת הצורך.
7) ביטול על ידי החברה
החברה רשאית לבטל כל הזמנה מכל סיבה שהיא. במקרה כזה יתבצע החזר מלא ללקוח.
8) מוצר פגום
יש לשלוח סרטון ברור המוכיח את הפגם. החברה תבחן את הפנייה ותשלח מוצר חלופי או תבצע החזר לפי שיקול דעתה.
9) החזרות
ניתן להחזיר מוצר עקב אי שביעות רצון על חשבון הלקוח. ההחזר יתבצע לאחר קבלת המוצר במחסן החברה.
10) קניין רוחני
כל הזכויות, לרבות טקסטים, עיצובים ותמונות – שמורות לחברה. אין להעתיק, לפרסם או לשכפל תכנים ללא אישור כתוב מראש.
11) פרטיות
החברה מתחייבת לשמירה על פרטיות המשתמשים. המידע האישי לא יועבר לצד שלישי אלא לצורך ביצוע ההזמנה.
12) אחריות
השימוש באתר ובמוצרים נעשה על אחריות המשתמש בלבד. החברה אינה אחראית לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים, אלא אם נדרש אחרת לפי החוק.
13) שימוש אסור
אין להעתיק, לשכפל, לשנות, להפיץ או להפריע לפעילות האתר ללא אישור מראש. אין להשתמש בכלים אוטומטיים לשם גישה או מניפולציה של האתר.
14) דין ושיפוט
