Refunds and Returns - United States

Summary

• If your order does not arrive in the time we state, you can cancel it for a refund (see the Shipping Policy: delay notice and your options).
• If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we will replace it or refund you.
• 60-day guarantee. If BUNEE doesn't work for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of one opened unit. Unopened units can be returned for a refund within the same 60 days; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law. It never limits or replaces your statutory rights under US federal and state law (for example implied warranties and state consumer-protection law), which have no 60-day cap.

Orders that are late

Under the FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule we ship within the time we state. If we expect to miss it we will tell you before the deadline and let you either wait or cancel for a full refund. We refund within 7 business days of your cancellation (or within one billing cycle if you paid by credit card). If we have not shipped your order within the time we state, or you have not agreed to a delay, you may cancel for a refund. If your order does not arrive within 30 days you can cancel it for a full refund (see the Shipping Policy). If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery window you may also cancel and we will refund you, or replace it if you prefer, at any time before it arrives.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email support@tigerbrandsglobal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, at our cost, and you do not need to return a damaged powder. Under state sales law, goods sold by a merchant are also impliedly merchantable (fit for ordinary use) unless clearly and lawfully disclaimed, and we do not disclaim that.

How refunds are paid

To your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it. Refunds include shipping you paid if the order is cancelled before dispatch, or is late or lost.

Reactions and safety

If you react to a product, stop using it and contact us. We report serious adverse events to the FDA as the law requires.

Disputes

Please write to us first; we answer as soon as we can. You also have the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
