והיא הגורם המסחרי והמשפטי הבלעדי האחראי לכל מוצר, שירות, חיוב ותוכן באתר זה.
אין לראות באף תכנים, הצהרות או פעולות באתר משום התחייבות או אחריות אישית מצד אדם פרטי כלשהו.
השימוש באתר והעסקאות בו מתבצעים מול החברה בלבד, בהתאם לחוקי מדינת הרישום.
1) כללי
ברוכים הבאים לאתר TigerBestBrands LLC. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה מלאה לתנאים אלה. החברה רשאית לעדכן את התנאים בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת.
2) הרשמה לאתר
כדי לבצע הזמנה, יש להירשם באתר עם פרטים מדויקים. ניתן להירשם פעם אחת בלבד. החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבקש פרטי זיהוי נוספים במידת הצורך.
3) רכישת מוצרים
יש להוסיף מוצרים לסל הקניות, למלא את הפרטים ולסיים את ההזמנה. המשלוח יתבצע לכתובת שנמסרה בטופס ההזמנה.
4) תשלום
התשלום מתבצע באמצעות כרטיס אשראי תקף או PayPal. לאחר אישור התשלום, ההזמנה תהפוך לסופית.
5) אספקת המוצרים
המוצרים יסופקו לפי זמני אספקה בימי עסקים בלבד. החברה תעשה מאמץ לספק את ההזמנה בזמן סביר.
6) ביטול עסקה מצד הלקוח
ניתן לבטל עסקה בכפוף לחוק הגנת הצרכן. יש לשלוח הודעת ביטול לכתובת האימייל של החברה. ההחזר יתבצע בהתאם להוראות החוק.
7) ביטול עסקה מצד החברה
החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לבטל הזמנה מכל סיבה שהיא. במקרים אלו יוחזרו כל התשלומים במלואם.
8) מוצר פגום או תקול
במקרה של מוצר פגום, יש לפנות לשירות הלקוחות ולצרף הוכחה (תמונה/וידאו). החברה תשלח מוצר חלופי או תעניק זיכוי לפי שיקול דעתה.
9) החזרת מוצר עקב אי שביעות רצון
החזרה מסיבה של אי שביעות רצון תתבצע על חשבון הלקוח. ההחזר יינתן עבור עלות המוצר בלבד.
10) זכויות יוצרים
כל הזכויות באתר שמורות לחברה או לצדדים שלישיים מורשים. אין להעתיק או לעשות שימוש בתוכן ללא אישור בכתב.
11) אחריות
החברה אינה אחראית לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים כתוצאה מהשימוש באתר או במוצרים, למעט אם נדרש אחרת בחוק.
